RETURN & REFUND POLICY

From the moment we receive your order, we pay close attention to every detail throughout the creation process to ensure you receive a top-quality product. Once your order is complete, our team thoroughly inspects and packages it for shipping. We have refined our packaging methods to ensure your items remain safe and secure during transit.

 

My order has arrived but it’s incorrect:

If your order arrives and seems to be incorrect, please reach out to us within 48 hours at hello@acrilixblanx.com.au. Kindly include photos of the items, your order number, and a description of what you received. We will investigate the issue and respond to you as soon as possible. 

 

Returns or refunds will not be granted for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind
  • Damage caused by improper handling
  • Dislike of the product
  • No longer needing the item
  • Damage incurred during transit (items will be assessed and we will determine the best course of action for reissuing the order if appropriate)

If we determine that a return or refund does not meet our conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the request.
